Enrollment and Participation
  • Eligibility: Our coaching programs are open to players of all skill levels and ages, unless otherwise specified for specific programs (e.g., age-restricted or advanced-level training).
  • Registration: To join our coaching programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Payment: All program fees must be paid in full by the specified due date. Non-payment may result in suspension of participation.
  • Health and Fitness: You acknowledge that badminton is a physically demanding sport. By enrolling, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and assume all risks related to physical injury or health issues.
  • Program Cancellation: If 3Points Badminton Academy cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Participant Cancellation: Cancellations by participants must be made at least [insert number] days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund, subject to a [insert percentage]% cancellation fee.
  • Non-Refundable: Fees for services such as special workshops, events, or customized coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Media Consent: By participating in our programs, you agree to allow us to capture photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing.
  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in badminton involves physical risks. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury or health-related issues.
  • Limitation of Liability: 3Points Badminton Academy is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our programs. You agree to release us from any claims arising from your use of our services.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our programs after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
